About– Pearl
My name is Pearl, founder of Pearl Project Hub. I founded a startup and am currently developing my second app. I actively test and build projects to find the ones with the greatest potential for success. At the same time, we work on client projects, identifying their needs and delivering smart, tailored solutions – from software and website development to social media support and management.
My strength is execution: I turn visions into reality by recognizing opportunities, developing strong concepts, and pushing them forward until they succeed.
I’ve been working since I was 15, across various sectors – banking (over 9 years in different departments), fitness, retail, events, and more. I’ve always combined education with hands-on experience and independence, including successfully completing high school (Gymnasium) on my own. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Zurich, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, with additional studies in Computer Science.
With my team, we carefully select mid to high-potential projects – with a strong focus on Ghana – and either invest directly or connect them with the right investors. Depending on the agreement, we may take on full project management and execution, provide strategic oversight, or support with key introductions and business development.
We look for investors who, like us, see the long-term value and untapped opportunities in Ghana. We want to work with partners who are open to dialogue, genuinely interested in impactful ventures, and committed to supporting local businesses through capital, knowledge, and collaboration.
We also welcome interest from mid-sized companies that are already operating successfully and looking for strategic support, growth capital, or a strong partner to join their management team. Ideally, these are businesses with a solid foundation and an ambition to grow further – with the right partner at their side.
