Background
Daniel has been running a reliable beverage delivery business in Kumasi for over six years. Starting as a driver, he built his customer base by collecting drinks from local depots and delivering them daily to retail shops across the city—six days a week, with a break on Sundays.
Thanks to steady profits, he purchased his first truck (blue) four years ago and added a second, larger white truck in January 2025 (worth approx. GHS 150,000). His operations are now well-established with consistent demand and repeat customers.
Project Goals
With the planned investment, we aim to:
• Establish Daniel’s own beverage distribution depot in Kumasi

• Transition Daniel from delivery driver to depot manager and coordinator
