Background

Kwame, 45, is a lifelong farmer. For over 25 years, he has operated his own organic Moringa farm in central Ghana. His products – including Moringa powder, tea, and oil – are already being exported to neighboring countries and select buyers in Europe.
Kwame runs his farm with a strong commitment to sustainability, soil regeneration, and fair employment for local workers. All production and packaging are done locally to ensure value creation within the region.

Project Goals

With the planned investment, Kwame aims to:
• Launch a professional multilingual website (English & French)
• Open a flagship store in Accra for Moringa products and customer education
• Obtain certifications (EU Organic, FDA Ghana) to increase exports
• Acquire new machinery to improve drying and packaging processes
• Enter new export markets (e.g., Switzerland and Germany)

Opportunities

• Growing global demand for Moringa in the wellness and health sectors
• Direct export potential with existing buyer contacts
• Eco-conscious production appeals to European and U.S. consumers
• Accra store builds brand awareness and creates additional revenue

Risks

• Seasonal crop dependency and weather variations
• Export logistics may occasionally be delayed
• Certification processes take time and involve upfront effort

• Full business plan available on request
• Product samples can be sent
• Long-term participation (profit-sharing or equity) is negotiable
